Before co-founding the company, he worked at a Big 4 accounting firm and then joined a local real estate developer where he helped scale a small business from the ground up. He holds both a CPA license and a real estate license in Minnesota. Outside of work, Erik lives in Minneapolis and enjoys traveling, staying active, and time with family and friends. Ryan leads production and operations at Bold North. He started in roofing as a laborer during college summers and never left the industry. Over more than a decade, he has worked every role from roofer to project manager to sales manager, completing over 1,000 residential, commercial, and multi-family jobs. He holds a General Contractor’s license.
