Many people don’t know this, but the name C&O comes from the last names of the original owners, Cross & Osborne. After outgrowing their Main Street facilities, they moved to a larger building on John Street, Westminster MD. Following a 2 year battle with cancer, Earl passed away at home surrounded by his family. He left the business in the hands of his 4 children. Earl’s daughter Patsy, and her son Jason purchased the business from her siblings.
