We initially delivered service solutions to refrigeration companies and the licensed trade, but in 2001, when Kenneth Henderson took his place as Managing Director, our business strategy changed significantly. City Technical Services quickly became a forerunner in the energy installation and maintenance industry, so much so that it was bought in 2005 by E-ON, one of the world’s largest electric utility service providers. In 2009, Kenneth and the team at City Technical took back control of the organisation and since then the company has gone from strength-to-strength. As well as thousands of domestic customers, our clients include local authorities, housing associations, insurance companies and national brands who rely on our team at City Technical Services to support and protect their installation and maintenance needs.
