Florida Air Services has been keeping South Florida comfortable since 1990 — built on hard work, honest service, and a legacy passed from father to children. Billy Edwards grew up in a small town in Virginia, where he got his start in the bulk milk tank and dairy equipment industry at just 19 years old. When his first child was born, he relocated to Florida — and that's when his real education began. Even while adjusting to his new surroundings, Billy was sharp and dedicated. He absorbed everything about the air-conditioning trade, eventually landing a role at an HVAC company in Boca Raton where he gained deep experience on both the technical and management sides of the business. In 1991, when that company was sold, Billy saw his moment. He got his license and launched Florida Air Services — built from the ground up on the belief that customers deserve honest work at a fair price. Over 30 years, Billy's three children became a permanent part of the business. His son Trey started learning the trade at age 8 in 1995 — riding along on service calls and studying every repair firsthand. He was performing real service work before he ever graduated high school.
