The year is 2002, and the quality of HVAC service in the Indian Wells Valley is severely lacking. Company founder, Jerry, took notice and came to the conclusion that this could be dramatically improved. The decision was made to open his own HVAC business. ‌Jerry began by purchasing sheet metal forming machines and the necessary tools for HVAC jobs. Working off a homemade wood bench that was built outside next to his house, Jerry often had to retrieve the shade cover from the neighbor’s yard and rebuild it every time the wind blew. ‌In April of 2006, Jerry obtained his contractor's license and High Desert Air Ductor (HDAD) was born.
