Novel Power Systems Ltd. was founded in 2005 by Dr. Dror Medini and Mr. Shai Haklai and has since been involved in developing and manufacturing power and power supply systems for companies in various fields, providing cutting-edge solutions for different challenges in the technological world of power electronics.. . Mr. Haklai has over thirty-five years of experience in power electronics. He received his B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Electrical Engineering from the Technion–Israel Institute of Technology under the guidance of Prof. Shriber and Prof. Arlitsky. Mr. Haklai served as the General Manager of Novel Power Systems Ltd. from its founding till 2023. Dr. Medini has over twenty-five years of experience in power electronics. He received his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering at Tel Aviv University under the guidance and mentorship of Prof. Zinger and his B.Sc. and M.Sc. at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev under the supervision of Prof. Samuel Ben-Yaakov. Dr. Medini is the Research and Development Manager of Novel Power Systems Ltd.
