First of all, let me introduce my identity to all readers. My name is HERI SISWANTO SH. I was born in Yogyakarta. My parents are teachers; they have been teaching in primary schools. Graduated from senior high school in 1995, I came over Jakarta to work as “kuli bangunan” (blue color worker). At that time, I paid IDR 7.500 per day. By having such ‘high’ income, I had only been eating twice a day. Having hard working experience for 1 year, I decided going back to Yogyakarta to have computer training in San Bastian College. During the computer training, I tried to enroll to be the Police of Republic of Indonesia (Polri) and luckily I passed the exam. In 1997, I had been joining Police Education at Police School of Purwokerto.. Graduated from the police education in 1998, I deployed by the institution in the police station of Gunungkidul, east of Yogyakarta. Besides to be the police officer, I also studied in the law faculty of Ahmad Dahlan University Yogyakarta. I completed my study in 2008.
