I have been with Savage air for over 15 years. I have always dealt with Pat M. Who is/was a super assist. She has since been promoted. I have never had a service tech that wasn't knowledgeable. Mike was very knowledgeable and spent the time to check everything out. They arrived within 15 minutes of my first call and my AC was back up about 30 mins after that, could not recommend them more highly. Truly excellent service! Great communication and knows his stuff.
