Stored Energy Integrations, SEI, warrants its products to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 10 years from the date of purchase by the end-user. During the warranty period, SEI will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective product free of charge. This warranty will be void if the unit has incurred any physical damage or alteration, either internally or externally. It also does not cover damages resulting from improper use, such as: · Electronic breakage except due to lightning (e.g., reverse polarity, over-voltage due to external causes), where the warranty is determined by the state of internal components This warranty excludes instances where the product has been misused, neglected, improperly installed, or repaired by anyone other than SEI or one of its authorized Repair Centers. To qualify for warranty service, the product must not be disassembled or modified. Repair, replacement, or credit are the sole remedies available, and SEI shall not be liable for damages, whether direct, incidental, special, or consequential, even if caused by negligence or fault.
