Since 1977, Story Electrical Service, Inc. has provided high-quality electrical work to the Western Kentucky Area. In 1992, owners Rex and Glenda Story incorporated the business, thus beginning their rebrand into Story Electrical Service, Inc. We are members of Paducah Chamber of Commerce, National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB), Western Kentucky Chapter of AGC and have a State of Kentucky Registered Electrical Apprentice Program. We are a family-owned and operated business to this day. After the passing of Rex Story in 2019, Glenda still holds office as President. Their son, Kip Denkins serves as the Owner and Vice-President. Kip holds his contractors and masters electrical license and has 40 years of experience in the industry. Our third generation of family members brings Kip's daughter, Rachel (Denkins) McCoart who also holds office as Secretary & Treasurer and is the Manager of our Paducah office.
